Applied AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Join Waabi’s security team to own AI security controls and guardrails across the company.
• Audit how AI tools and MCP integrations touch sensitive systems and data to define security policy.
• Design layered guardrails (system prompts, permissions, sandboxing) to constrain AI behavior before
• Maintain an inventory of MCP servers and AI-to-service connections with data access controls.
• Collaborate with users to bake secure-by-default patterns into AI-assisted workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional software development experience with APIs, services, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding/productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar).
• Working knowledge of automotive security standards (UNECE R155, ISO 26262).
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with engineers.
