Grants Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of grant reviews.
• Develop and manage review schedules and assignments.
• Interpret funding criteria and provide reviewer guidance.
• Recruit, vet, onboard reviewers and experts.
• Facilitate reviewer training and calibration sessions.
• Coordinate validation, ranking, and reporting of results.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in related field (Public Admin/Policy/Economics/etc.).
• 7+ years in grants management or related work.
• Experience supporting competitive grant reviews.
• Experience with merit reviews and reviewer coordination.
• Strong analytical and QA skills; adept with data.
• Advanced MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
