• 7+ years engineering/technical management experience leading teams.

• Strong understanding of blockchain apps, protocols, and Web3.js.
• Experience deploying blockchain-based apps and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in front-end/back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML
