Senior Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for ML, data infrastructure, autonomy, and systems engineering roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role scopes, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline, source effectiveness) to improve processes.
• Run structured technical and behavioral evaluations with hiring panels.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and outbound sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house technical recruiting at talent-dense tech companies; 2+ years for
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines via direct/outbound sourcing.
• Experience partnering with engineering directors/VPs on hiring strategy.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent open searches.
• Working knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) for tracking/reporting.
• Practical fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools.
