Implementation Specialist -AI Phone Assistant (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Implementing our AI-powered phone assistant at doctor’s offices and clinics.
• Configure the solution and ensure successful deployment.
• Coordinate data migrations from external practice management systems and verify data quality.
• Lead technical conversations with practices, IT contacts and internal teams; explain complex topics
• Document technical solutions, develop training materials and automate recurring tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, Technical Customer
• Good understanding of APIs, IT infrastructures, networks and VPNs.
• Experience handling data, e.g., Excel, SQL or similar tools.
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) communication skills.
• Structured troubleshooting and autonomous pragmatic problem solving.
