Manager, HRIS

📋 Description

• Lead HRIS strategy, configuration, and support for legacy HCM and future HR tech roadmap
• Direct a team of technologists and analysts deploying and evolving digital HR tools
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations on Domino’s HR technology roadmap
• Plan and execute the transition from legacy HCM to a new HCM over 3–5 years

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience with Enterprise HCM (Workday, UKG Pro HR, PeopleSoft); PeopleSoft preferred
• Proficiency writing native SQL
• Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent)
• Experience in MIS leadership with people management
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
• Strong project management and advanced Excel skills
