📋 Description

• Lead clinical training for Equip’s provider teams.
• Develop live and e-learning training resources.
• Supervise licensed and pre-licensed therapists.
• Collaborate with Training Ops, IDS, and Care Delivery leaders.
• Coordinate meetings and peer consultations.
• Act as SME for clinical content and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field.
• Licensed in at least one state; eligible in others.
• 3+ years supervising in evidence-based treatments.
• Experience leading trainings and course development.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CBT-E, CBT-AR, FBT; expertise in at least one modality.
