📋 Description

• Lead implementation of data.world data catalog solution for diverse clients
• Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and craft strategies
• Oversee customer implementation lifecycle ensuring integration and platform functionality
• Collaborate to refine processes and align ServiceNow WDF offering with client data infrastructure
• Develop practical solutions, scripts, and data manipulation tasks as needed
• Produce technical docs and customer guidance materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• 5+ years in technical or customer-facing roles; 3+ as Solutions Architect/Consultant/Engineer
• Background in data governance, catalogs, ontologies, BI, engineering
• Consultative problem-solving to bring technical value to customers
• Deep SaaS/cloud architecture knowledge; proficiency in SQL
• Experience with REST APIs and integrated software; ability to manage multiple projects
