Occupational Therapist, Full Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects to develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Continually assess and revise OT care plans with the care team.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid EMR skills; previous home health experience welcomed.
