Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance in data protection policy analysis and success rates.
• Manage production Commvault systems: Windows media agents, Commvault Hyperscale Appliances, Private
• Support client recovery efforts: Exchange, Windows file systems, Unix file systems, Oracle
• Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating hardware/software to improve the Enterprise Data
• Create and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Work shifts to provide 24/7 support.

🎯 Requirements

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as NCDA or AWS Architect are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise data protection and recovery systems.
• Experience with PURE, Oracle Cloud, AWS S3/ EC2, GCP, Commvault Metallic, Microsoft cloud (Azure
