Network Connectivity Engineer

📋 Description

• Design scalable, future-proof data center connectivity for large clusters (>40 MW) and speeds
• Plan and procure fiber, copper, and other connectivity materials for new builds and refreshes.
• Provide project management and construction oversight for connectivity scope.
• Plan and implement network upgrades in live data centers.
• Develop and maintain as-built documentation for data center connectivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cluster design and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Eng, Computer Science, or related field, or 8 years of
• Minimum 5 years of data center connectivity design experience.
• Experience with multimode fiber, singlemode fiber, copper, and other low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and active/passive cabling elements.
• Ability to travel ~40%.
