Principal AI-Native Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop full-stack apps, automation tools, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows and validate solutions.
• Leverage AI coding tools and modern workflows to accelerate delivery with strong engineering
• Architect secure, scalable cloud-based solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Define product success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software/product engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven experience building production-grade applications for internal or external users.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C#, Java or
• Experience using AI coding tools as part of daily development workflows.
• Experience designing APIs, system integrations, and cloud-native solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
