• Telehealth-focused role providing behavioral healthcare for children, teens, and families
• Evening and weekend hours during peak care times ( Weekdays 3–9 PM; Weekends 8 AM–2 PM )

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C) with independent licensure preferred
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
