📋 Description

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity and app issues
• Provide first-level support for Windows and Microsoft apps
• Maintain IT docs and procedures
• Assist in maintaining routers, switches, and access points
• Install software, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
• 2+ years IT support or networking exp or equivalent
• MS Windows OS and Office 365 knowledge
• Familiar with IP, DNS, DHCP basics
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, connectivity
• Excellent communication and teamwork
