Senior Director of Engineering, Identity Governance

📋 Description

• Lead engineering strategy for Veza's identity governance, lifecycle management, and ServiceNow
• Partner with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and executives to deliver scalable, secure
• Develop engineering leaders and ensure platform scales for enterprise adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering experience; 5+ years leading engineering orgs at Director/Senior
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and developing managers/ senior tech leaders
• Enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms, security products, or distributed systems at scale
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture, APIs, data platforms
• Experience with identity governance, IAM/IGA, or compliance domains (desirable)
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

🎁 Benefits
