C NA Floater Position / 30 hours a week

📋 Description

• Provide personal care per nurse plan in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and homemaker tasks
• Meal preparation and feeding; range of motion exercises may be included
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using lifting devices
