Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Huntsville, AL - 1099 Contract

📋 Description

• Practice mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct psychiatric risk assessments and medication evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe/manage medications
• Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care)
• Work with minors (ages 0-17) and adults

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA program with PANCE and DEA license
• Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Additional certification/experience with minors (0-17) preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in Huntsville, AL
