Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Lead complex programs within the Duolingo English Test (DET) domain with stakeholders to translate
• Operate at the Staff level with autonomy, guiding multiple workstreams and improving DET program
• Partner with engineering, QA, product, and exec leadership to ensure alignment across teams.
• Develop detailed plans with milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure timely launches.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and resolve issues with leadership and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong TPM/Engineering Lead/Manager experience.
• B.S. or M.S. in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial software products and client-service architecture.
• Proven ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical partners.
• Track record of detailed, adaptable plans in an agile environment.
• Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
