📋 Description

• Lead HF activities on product development teams.
• Conduct user research to understand users, use environments.
• Perform task analyses, usability risk analysis, and design inputs.

• Summarize findings for product teams and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Human Factors experience in industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize large information into usable docs.
• Experience with cross-group collaboration and user-centered design.
• BS/MS in HF Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
