📋 Description
- Build & Commission new test assets and systems to unlock capabilities
- Author & Optimize test sequences, procedures, and processes for first-article development
- Identify & Mitigate hazards in a fast-paced test environment to ensure safety
- Mentor & Train production technicians on test equipment operation
- Plan & Execute test campaigns with Engineering to meet development, qualification, and
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience (test procedures, fluid-mechanical systems, hazards
- Proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack)
- Knowledge of safety standards and mitigations
- Desire to teach and mentor less experienced team members
- Ability to plan an activity precisely and execute with minimal changes
