📋 Description

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable phone, email, and chat support to our customers
• Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, and Engineering to surface feedback and
• Build trust through empathy, clear communication, and a bit of humor

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident, and friendly communication
• Experience in customer support, technical support, or billing support
• Strong multitasking and prioritization under pressure
• Tech-savviness and willingness to help others learn tools
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:30am - 6:00PM CDT
