Deployment Strategist

📋 Description

• Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments
