Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead the maintenance team for safe, efficient maintenance at the Northlake facility.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vendors/contractors and support capital projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in facility operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance for industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Understanding of facility systems, electrical/mechanical systems, refrigeration, and conveyors.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered; 3–5 years leadership in similar
