📋 Description

• Provide outpatient physical therapy care at Peak Physical Therapy – Upstream network in Sherman, TX.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive, mentorship-focused team for career growth.
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical education.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy to patients in the clinic setting.
• Contribute to a patient-centered care plan within an established network.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas PT license (or eligibility).
• In-house mentorship and professional development support available.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior outpatient PT experience is a plus but new grads are welcome.
