Job Description
📋 Description
- Install data center hardware to support enterprise needs.
- Apply basic configs to infrastructure (PowerMax/PowerFlex/PowerEdge).
- Configure SAN infra (Cisco/Brocade Fibre Channel).
- Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
- Serve as technical contact during delivery, cutovers, and escalations.
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, and customer teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on infra delivery experience, preferably in consulting.
- Diagnose connectivity issues across systems.
- Strong written and technical docs skills.
- Manage competing client-facing priorities.
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows.
- Familiar with automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
