Finance Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Own the inventory system roadmap from design to release
• Lead UAT cycles and sign-off before deployment
• Troubleshoot system issues and build self-service diagnostics
• Drive ERP integration and automated data pipelines
• Plan data migrations with scripting and AI tooling
• Design AI-driven workflows for finance ops

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in FinTech/financial services or tech
• Qualified accountant (CPA/CA/ACCA) with multi-currency exp
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Workday/NetSuite) incl. migrations
• UAT leadership for finance/enterprise systems
• Ability to build tools: Python, SQL, VBA; comfortable with low-code
• Experience with AI tools (LLMs, copilots, RPA)
