Financial Reporting Manager (IFRS)

📋 Description

• IFRS accounting standards expertise
• Prepare SEC footnote disclosures with legal, investor relations, and internal audit
• Support annual SEC 20-F reporting and financial close
• Draft disclosures and perform footnote tie-out with accounting team
• SOX controls and internal control improvements
• Collaborate on equity award accounting with payroll and rewards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent
• 5-7+ years accounting experience; Big 4 a plus
• Strong SEC regulations knowledge; IFRS/US GAAP familiarity
• Ability to research complex standards and train finance team
• Strong internal controls, audit, and compliance understanding
• Experience with Workiva is a plus; fluent in English
