Accounting Manager - Marketing

📋 Description

• Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and close entries.
• Oversee GL integrity across entities, including assets, accruals, cash, amortization.
• Perform variance analysis and explain results to leadership.
• Lead intercompany accounting and settlements across global entities.
• Develop cash forecasts with FP&A to align with operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years accounting experience; 2+ years managing a team.
• Consolidations and intercompany eliminations experience.
• Strong GAAP, FASB, SEC knowledge; research accounting literature.
• Reconciliation and thorough GL analysis ability.
