🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering, shipping web apps with a focus on growth problems.
• Experimental, data-driven mindset: define experiments and metrics before coding.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to unblock bottlenecks across people and processes.
• Product and design sense for marketing/activation flows, with empathy for users.
• Humility and outcome-oriented mindset.
