📋 Description

• Lead clinical development in Japan with cross-functional teams
• Plan, manage, and execute development strategies for new products
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and regulators
• Prepare and discuss JCDP and regulatory submissions with Global teams
• Oversee study timelines with monitoring team to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure safety of Japanese subjects in collaboration with medical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical development or equivalent knowledge
• Graduate from medical/science-related field; master/PhD preferred
• Knowledge of clinical development in assigned therapeutic area
• English/Japanese communication skills; TOEIC 800+ preferred
• Leadership, coaching, team building, clinical writing
