• Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and Developer
• Lead adoption plans and launch strategies to ensure sustained usage and business value.
• Develop repeatable patterns into templates, reference architectures, and enablement assets.
• Act as trusted advisor, simplifying complex requirements and guiding implementation paths.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and implementation plans.
• Strong consultative discovery, workflow mapping, and understanding of operating models.
• Hands-on AI mindset; experience designing or improving real business workflows with AI.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Proven track record delivering adoption, change management, and customer value.
