📋 Description

• Prepare & consolidate for Annual Reports and accounts
• Analytical variance analysis and AR/GRS preparation
• Review and approve journals; ensure accuracy under tight deadlines
• Manage balance sheet and income statement accounting heads
• Drive new projects and BAU improvements; maintain accuracy under pressure
• UAT/dry runs on change requests

🎯 Requirements

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 1 year post-qualification exp
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 4+ years exp
• Experience in External/ Regulatory reporting and banking industry desirable
• Strong Excel, MS Office; familiarity with IFRS (IFRS9)
• Automation proficiency: Python, SQL, VBA; data management focus
• Excellent communication; stakeholder management across levels
