📋 Description

• Brand-new Adoption Strategist role focused on adoption, enablement, scalable programs, and product
• Design and run onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and adoption playbooks for
• Scale efforts across a high-volume book; become the most credible voice on product usage without
• Build automation and workflows with AI tools to streamline enablement and adoption at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, CX, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing to unify
• Operate in a globally distributed, remote-first environment with regional focus in APAC.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, or enterprise growth at
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Track record building onboarding tracks, scalable adoption playbooks, and self-serve content
• Strong systems thinking with a penchant for automation and AI-driven workflows
• Extremely analytical, able to identify trends and standardize best practices
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
