People Systems and Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Own how People processes run and automate them across Rippling, Slack, Notion and more
• Redesign processes before automating to avoid locking in problems
• Build workflows and automations across HRIS and wider tooling
• Design for exceptions, not just standard paths
• Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end from joiners to leavers
• Remove manual handling and reduce human error

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building People Ops/HR systems at fast-growing companies
• HRIS implementation or migration experience
• Proven ability to build workflows and automations with triggers, integrations and failure modes
• System-thinking mindset with attention to edge cases and data integrity
• Strong documentation and SOP/runbook writing skills
• Experience across multiple countries/entities (EOR or contractor populations)
