Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting customer engagement
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate engagement requirements into robust Snowflake models and schemas for CDP and downstream
• Build and maintain pipelines to synchronize data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other platforms.
• Work with identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and customer-profile unification.
• Support Customer 360 views and audience readiness across channels (email, push, SMS, web, app).

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Snowflake: architecture, data modeling, optimization, performance tuning
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Experience with CRM/engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with reverse ETL technologies (Hightouch, Census).
• Advanced SQL and dbt skills; design scalable, maintainable data models.
