AI Engineer, Enablement

📋 Description

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency
• Create enablement assets (tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides)
• Offer technical guidance or office hours as questions come up
• Build internal agents and tools to scale the Enablement team
• Act as the voice of the customer inside LangChain
• Stay current on agent engineering practices and teach them

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications, with agent architectures and evaluation strategies
• Strong Python, comfortable writing and debugging live code
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with live workshops experience
• Teaching passion; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to create high-quality training programs (live, tutorials, docs, video)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
