📋 Description

• Own the UX definition for a product area: what users need, how they interact with the product, and
• Arbiter of quality vs. speed for your scope; articulate trade-offs to move teams forward.
• Build deep expertise in how users work by meeting with them, mapping workflows, and documenting
• Own pattern decisions for your area and contribute to Onebrief's design language and system.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record independently owning the UX definition end-to-end for a product area or workflow.
• Foundational UX/UI concepts with ability to articulate trade-offs (quality vs. speed).
• Experience building deep user/workflow expertise through direct user research and mapping.
• Led strategic and tactical implementation of at least one major AI-based AI-based workflow in a
• Knowledge of emerging AI UX patterns and evaluating their application.
• Advanced user of AI design tools and understanding of foundational models and tradeoffs.
