📋 Description

• Lead scalable, data-driven People Operations system.
• Architect global HRIS (BambooHR) as single source of truth.
• Integrate HR systems with Payroll, ATS, Slack, Equity Mgmt; enable one-click reporting.
• Standardize end-to-end employee lifecycle; onboarding to offboarding.
• Govern labor compliance across jurisdictions; maintain Global Employee Handbook.
• Build governance, data hygiene, and operational analytics to guide leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record moving org from manual to automated, scalable processes.
• Deep experience with US and international labor laws; PEO/EOR experience a plus.
• Data integrity mindset; zero-error data practices.
• Ability to design SOPs and scalable benefits/leave programs for multiple markets.
• Strong governance and risk assessment capabilities in employment practices.
