📋 Description
- Lead clinical development activities end to end in Japan.
- Collaborate with Global teams and regulators to align plans.
- Develop Japan Clinical Development Plans (JCDP) and strategy.
- Coordinate with external KOLs and manage clinical discussions.
- Ensure timely decision-making and risk management in development.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of clinical development experience or equivalent knowledge.
- Medical/science degree; MD/PhD preferred.
- English communication: TOEIC 850+ or equivalent.
- Leadership, coaching, team building, and strong communication.
