Senior Product Designer II - Order Quality

📋 Description

• Own key Order Quality design initiatives end-to-end across concurrent projects for consumer and
• Become the go-to domain expert for Order Quality and maintain continuity across workstreams.
• Partner with 3+ product managers and engineering teams to ensure strong execution handoffs.
• Navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution, including Figma flows and design
• Build cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, research, data science, and
• Apply AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration in design and customer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile with a strong
• Ability to own end-to-end work from problem framing to delivery without delegation.
• Experience managing multiple complex spaces in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with a track record presenting to cross-functional partners and executives.
• Fluency in Figma; ability to produce high-fidelity flows and UI aligned with design systems.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve workflow and product outcomes.
