📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, architects, administrators
• Set and maintain high standards for technical judgment, engineering quality, delivery, reliability
• Own long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and health of Salesforce and revenue systems
• Establish modern Salesforce practices: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, environment
• Improve planning, deployment, and support through metrics and continuous improvement
• Balance priorities with scalability, reliability, security, data quality, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or related technical discipline, including
• 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering/architecture/administration teams
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams and foster ownership and delivery
• Strong Salesforce expertise across architecture, integrations, data, security, automation, and
• Hands-on knowledge of modern Salesforce development and release practices (source control, CI/CD
• Excellent architectural judgment and ability to balance trade-offs
