Motion Designer (Brand Team)

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
• Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and
• Concept and produce video content that makes technical products compelling.
• Think at every scale, from short clips to large-scale campaigns.
• Partner with brand designers to bring identity and product storytelling to life through motion.
• Experiment with new formats and emerging technology to push the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• An exceptional portfolio with strong motion and craft.
• Solid design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to own a project end to end from concept to final production.
• Experience across brand systems, storytelling, and campaigns.
• Judgment on simplicity vs. novelty; strong brand intuition.
• Strong opinions about motion and brand; ability to articulate decisions.
