Linux Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own enterprise Linux platform roadmap for on‑prem and cloud
• Define engineered standards and reliability processes
• Design scalable Linux solutions across environments
• Lead architecture reviews and key engineering decisions
• Drive IaC and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python)
• Develop reusable automation and self‑service capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent experience
• 7–10+ years Linux platform engineering in enterprise
• Deep Linux expertise (SUSE/RHEL or equivalent)
• Strong Bash/Python; Perl a plus
• Automation/IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or similar
• VMware vSphere or equivalent virtualization
