🎯 Requirements
- At least 5 years of clinical development experience or equivalent knowledge.
- Graduate from medical, nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields; master/PhD preferred.
- Knowledge of life-science related degree/license desirable (MD, Vet, Pharmacist, etc.).
- Clinical development experience in the assigned therapeutic area; English communication proficiency
- Skills: Leadership, Coaching, Team building, Communication (Japanese and English), Facilitation
