📋 Description

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain the reliability and integrity of
• Participate in the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and
• Analyze cost of goods, margins, and key financial performance indicators to identify trends and
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for leadership.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting processes, including variance analysis and
• Produce financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward obtaining the CPA is considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial control, or a related finance function.
• Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, monthly closing procedures, reconciliations, and
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or an equivalent ERP system.
