UX Design Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end user experience for a platform serving complex government environments.
• Shape workflows and interactions for access, configuration, and consumption of the platform.
• Identify friction in processes and simplify them beyond visual design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, cybersecurity, and platform operations.
• Influence product direction as an early member of a cross-functional team.
• Combine strategic UX leadership with hands-on research, prototyping, and technical collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX design, product design, service design, or related field; proven lead on complex
• Experience improving workflows impacted by business processes, constraints, or architecture, not
• Design experience for enterprise/SaaS/PaaS/developer/cybersecurity products.
• Strong skills in user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to translate concepts into implementation-ready specs with engineers/technical stakeholders.
• Experience with modern web tech (HTML, CSS, APIs) and design systems/design tokens.

• Salary range: $123,000 – $170,000 per year.
