Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end buy-side auction stack roadmap.
• Optimize auction latency, reliability, and revenue impact.
• Manage publisher demand connections across GAM, RTB, and OpenRTB.
• Oversee bidder configuration and whitelisting across server/client sides.
• Lead ad-quality protection while balancing revenue.
• Drive yield-management with dynamic floors and bid enrichment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management in programmatic advertising or yield platforms.
• Deep knowledge of header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, and SSP/DSP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to optimize yield levers and revenue metrics (RPM, fill/win rate).
• Understanding of ads.txt, sellers.json, SCHAIN, and consent frameworks (TCF, GPP).
• Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
• SQL knowledge is a plus; able to communicate with engineering.
