Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own SMB Growth Agents roadmap end to end from discovery to adoption
• Define outcome metrics: merchant activation, campaign performance, revenue, retention
• Design mobile-first, vernacular-friendly agent experiences with strong UX
• Collaborate with engineering and data science on architecture tradeoffs
• Run experiments to prove agent-driven lift vs self-managed baselines
• Scale pilots to long-tail customers with sales, ops and support

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years PM experience, strong B2C focus
• Data-driven: analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap), SQL, experiments
• Hands-on with AI-native/agentic products; prompt design and evals a plus
• Comfort with ambiguity; bias for shipping and learning weekly
