📋 Description

• Own no-code configuration layer across ad formats, video players, consent management, paywalls, and
• Define no-code configuration strategy with clear boundaries between self-serve and internally
• Lead evolution of video catalog management, templates, and cross-surface UX consistency across
• Shape consistent experiences across back-office tools, client-facing interfaces, native platforms
• Champion AI-native product thinking and design interfaces that agents can execute via AI
• Collaborate with Account, Product, Design, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in self-serve/admin/configuration-heavy
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to simplify complex configuration processes into guided
• Familiarity with API-first product design and WordPress plugin environments; coding not required.
• Systems-thinking with scalable frameworks, guardrails, and permission models.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams with cross-functional alignment.
• Agentic mindset with understanding of AI tool-calling patterns and clean interfaces for agents.
