Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and scale the cloud infrastructure powering the platform, including compute, networking, and
• Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, including provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, and
• Build and improve Infrastructure as Code and GitOps foundations for a small engineering team.
• Establish reliability as a core product capability with meaningful SLOs, observability, and
• Own and evolve the data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse) as workload
• Drive infrastructure security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, pen tests, reviews).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or related, with a
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience with good judgment on when to use it.
• Experience operating software in BYOC, single-tenant, on-premises, or air-gapped environments.
• Strong AWS expertise; exposure to GCP and Azure is a plus.
• Extensive Terraform experience with reusable modules, secure state, and multi-account architectures.
• Strong PostgreSQL expertise including performance tuning, migrations under load, and replication.
